AgentIndexc is a research project by Ritesh Mishra ("Creator"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, and safeguarded when you use the Service.

The Service collects: (a) URLs you submit for analysis; (b) account information if you register (email, name); (c) payment information processed through third-party payment providers; (d) usage analytics (pages visited, features used); (e) publicly available web content from URLs you submit for crawling. Sensitive personal data is not collected from crawled websites.
3. How Information Is Used
Collected information is used to: (a) perform analyses and generate reports; (b) provide, maintain, and improve the Service; (c) process subscriptions and payments; (d) communicate with you about the Service; (e) generate anonymized, aggregated statistics for Service improvement. Your personal data is never sold.
4. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on secure, encrypted servers using AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Access to data is restricted. Regular security audits are conducted. Data is retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days after a deletion request.
5. Data Sharing
Your personal data is never sold, traded, or rented. Data may be shared with: (a) service providers necessary to operate the Service (hosting, payment processing); (b) law enforcement if required by law; (c) in connection with a transfer of the project, with prior notice to you.
6. Cookies & Tracking
Essential cookies are used for Service functionality and analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function properly. No third-party advertising trackers are used.
7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) object to processing; (e) data portability; (f) opt out of sale of personal information (California residents). 8. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the data immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
