1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AgentIndexc ("Service"), a research project by Ritesh Mishra ("Creator"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AgentIndexc provides web analysis tools that crawl publicly available web pages to compile business context, generate LLM Friendliness Scores, produce llms.txt files, and offer hosted enrichment services. The Service is designed to help businesses optimize their web presence for AI agent discoverability.
3. User Accounts
Certain features may require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and promptly update it if it changes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to crawl or analyze websites you do not own or have authorization to analyze; (b) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Ritesh Mishra and protected by intellectual property laws. Your llms.txt files and analysis data belong to you. No ownership is claimed over your content. However, anonymized, aggregated data may be used for improving the Service.
6. Data Indexing & Directory
By analyzing a URL through the Service, the resulting analysis data (including domain, score, and generated llms.txt) may be made available through the AgentIndexc public directory. This directory is designed to be machine-readable by AI agents. If you wish to remove your site from the directory, please submit a request via the contact form at /contact.
7. Data Handling & Security
All data collected through the Service is stored securely with encryption at rest and in transit. Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Your data is never sold to third parties. Crawled data is used solely for generating your analysis and llms.txt files.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. There is no guarantee that your LLM Friendliness Score will improve your visibility with any specific AI agent. Results are advisory in nature. AgentIndexc is not responsible for how third-party AI agents interpret or use your llms.txt file.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentIndexc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
10. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated at the Creator's discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Registered users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
